1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SMAC website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The SMAC website allows users to:

• Join or renew membership

• Membership dues are non-refundable

• Event registration fees may be refunded at the discretion of SMAC

• Donations are generally non-refundable

All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and their terms and policies may also apply.

SMAC uses third-party platforms, including Wild Apricot, Jotform, Stripe, and PayPal.

We are not responsible for:

• The performance or security of these services

• Any issues arising from their use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMAC shall not be liable for errors or omissions in content.
